Web Craft Studios is small on purpose. You talk to the person doing the work, the work happens in code rather than in a page builder, and nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you never meet.
How we work
Most website problems are decided before anyone opens a design tool. So we start by working out what the site is for, who it has to convince, and what it must do that the current one does not.
Then design settles the structure, and only after that does anything get styled or written in code. Doing it in that order is slower at the start and considerably faster afterwards.
Against a template marketplace
A theme is built to fit everyone, which is how it ends up fitting nobody in particular. You inherit code written for features you will never use, and you change your business to suit the layout instead of the other way round.
Against a lone freelancer
One calendar, no backup, and the work stops whenever life happens. A studio keeps the process, the documentation and the maintenance schedule in place so the site is not held together by one person's memory.
