The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and has no forms. The only personal information we ever hold is what you choose to put in an email to us.

Who we are

Web Craft Studios is a web design and development studio based in Moldova, and Moldovan law governs this notice. Where a visitor or client is in the European Union, we apply the standards of the GDPR to their information as well. In practice the two amount to the same thing here, because this site collects almost nothing.

What this website collects

Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no embedded videos, no social widgets and no third-party fonts — the typefaces are served from this domain. Your visit is not recorded, profiled or shared.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data such as IP address in order to deliver the site and protect it from attack. That is a technical necessity of serving any website and is not used by us to identify or track you.

If you email us

Emailing studio@web-crafts.org means we hold whatever you sent: your name, your email address and anything you wrote. We use it to reply and to carry out work you ask us to do. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Our email runs on Google Workspace, so messages are stored on Google's servers under their security and privacy terms. Correspondence is kept while a project is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to studio@web-crafts.organd we will deal with it. Since the only data we hold is email you sent us voluntarily, deleting it is usually straightforward.

Changes

If this site ever gains a contact form, analytics, or anything else that collects information, this page will be updated before that goes live rather than afterwards.
