What to include
None of this is required, but the more of it you send, the more useful our first reply will be.
- What the business does, in a sentence or two.
- What you have now — a current site, a draft, or nothing yet.
- What it needs to do that it does not do today.
- Roughly when you would like it live.
We read everything that arrives. What happens next is usually a short reply with questions, then a scope once we both understand the job.
Before you write
The FAQ covers what we build, how we work, and what happens after launch. Our privacy notice explains what happens to anything you send us, which is very little.
